Indigo Blue AKA Indy
Indy is a character! He is retired from riding but provides plenty of entertainment and companionship. He doesn’t have the best conformation, more like an odd mix of draft and quarterhorse, so he won’t be appearing in any illustrations anytime soon, and he’s a little disappointed by this, because he is such a ham.
Show Me The Gold AKA Bimmer
Bim is Wendy‘s trail riding companion, energy balancer, sweet blonde teddy bear of a horse who just wants to be connected with people at all times. You may start to see him in future illustration projects if it’s possible to get far away enough from him to actually get a picture of more than his nose!
In Loving Memory
Jack (2005-2018)
From fur covered paperweight to keyboard function tester, Jack took his job as studio feline very seriously. He was an impromptu model for art projects, although he really was not very fond of cameras.
Maverick (1997-2016)
Maverick may look familiar because while this quarterhorse was occasionally found under saddle, he was mostly a very willing model for various illustration projects. His quirky, opinionated personality will always be very missed.
Bhakti (2019)
Bhakti is a beautiful grey mother kitty who picked Wendy to be her adoptive human and caretaker along with two of the four kittens in her litter. Her name means "Devotion" in Sanskrit and she embodies that name perfectly.
